Grievance Resolution Manager

Women’s Fund Asia is looking for a Grievance Resolution Manager to help us strengthen our commitment to transparency, trust, and safeguarding across all our work.

As the Grievance Resolution Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that complaints and concerns from our grantee partners and external stakeholders are heard, addressed, and resolved with fairness and respect. Your work will directly uphold the integrity of our partnerships and the accountability of our systems—ensuring that we practice the values we stand for.

Senior Manager - Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL)

Do you care deeply about feminist learning, data justice, and building systems that drive meaningful change? Have you led monitoring, evaluation, and knowledge work in rights-based spaces? If so, you could be the leader we’re looking for.

As Senior Manager – MEL, you will play a key leadership role in shaping and driving WFA’s monitoring, evaluation, and learning strategies. You will refine and implement MEL systems that align with WFA’s Theory of Change, lead institutional learning processes, coordinate knowledge generation, and oversee internal and external evaluations. You will supervise the MEL team and work closely with leadership and program teams to embed evidence, impact, and adaptive learning into all we do.
