Safeguarding Policy
In order to ensure greater accountability towards our partners and constituencies, the board of Directors of WFA approved a safeguarding policy on 28 July 2020. Safeguarding is the proactive provision of steps and measures to ensure protection to and for children, “at risk” persons, and third parties against abuse and exploitation, particularly from those in direct line of control of the organisation. Women’s Fund Asia (WFA) safeguarding-policy, ensures that WFA will undertake all steps required to safeguard people, at the same time also informs its Team Members and Associated Personnel of their responsibilities in relation to safeguarding.
